Job Offer: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in the Asset and Facility Management Software industry. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and targeting potential clients in industries that require comprehensive Asset and Facility Management Software.

  • Educating potential clients on how our software addresses specific industry challenges, such as Asset Life Cycle Management, Facility Management, and Space Management.

  • Maintaining relationships with decision-makers in target markets to ensure entry into new markets and expansion within existing ones.

  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements, with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and long-term account enhancement.

  • Navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and managing negotiations to a successful close.

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to our team’s and company’s strategic objectives.

  • Engaging with industry professionals to understand ongoing challenges and trends within the asset and facility management domain.

  • Delivering presentations that demonstrate how our solutions are uniquely positioned to address market needs.

Job requirements

Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 Years’ Experience in Software Sales

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT related field

  • Proven experience in B2B software sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Deep familiarity with industry challenges and trends in the Asset and Facility Management Domain

  • Ability to understand client needs and handle negotiations with a consultative approach

  • Proven track record of effectively aligning software solutions with complex industry-specific requirements

  • Preferably have experience in CAFM, CMMS, EAM

  • Car is a MUST
