NAOS Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in the Business Development department. As a Junior Business Development professional with B2B sales expertise and cold-calling experience, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide exceptional customer service
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of your cold-calling efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Utilize your B2B sales experience to negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business prospects

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B telesales or related field
  • Previous Cold-calling experience
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
