Join our team at NAOS Solution as a French Medical Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers in both French and English languages:
- Handle incoming calls from patients regarding medical inquiries
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding medical services
- Ensure patient confidentiality and data security at all times
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English languages
- Medical Background
- Experience in a medical call center or healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with patients
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
- Proficiency in using call center software and medical terminology
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
