Join our team at NAOS Solution as a French Medical Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers in both French and English languages:

  • Handle incoming calls from patients regarding medical inquiries
  • Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding medical services
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and data security at all times
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both French and English languages
  • Medical Background
  • Experience in a medical call center or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with patients
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
  • Proficiency in using call center software and medical terminology
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
