Job description

NAOS Talents is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEM Specialist to work with one of our clients, a leader in the MENA region's digital marketing scene. As an SEM Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital marketing campaigns.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, executing, and optimizing our search engine marketing (SEM) strategies. You will work closely with our experienced SEM Specialists to implement and manage paid search campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
● Execute tests, collect and analyze data rigorously to unveil trends and insights, aiming for the highest possible ROI in paid search campaigns.
● Keep a keen eye on website analytics and PPC initiatives. Your analytical reports will be the guiding light for campaign adjustments and strategic shifts.
● Manage campaign expenses meticulously. You'll be the guardian of budgets, adept at estimating monthly costs and skillfully reconciling any discrepancies.
● Engage in ongoing discovery, expansion, and refinement of paid keywords, ensuring our content stays sharp and competitive.
● Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors, giving us the edge in a crowded digital space.
● Demonstrate full knowledge of all types of Google Ads campaign objectives, becoming our go-to expert.

Job requirements

● Proven expertise in Google Ads is a must. Your certification will speak for your ability to navigate and optimize in this critical space

● Previous experience in a similar position

● Years of experience: 1-2 years 

● Your ability to read data and extract meaningful insights is crucial. We value analytical minds that can translate numbers into strategies.
● Bring your A-game in structuring campaigns, strategizing rollouts, and meticulously organizing digital marketing efforts.
● Collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring all voices are heard and integrated into your strategies.
● In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Mobile Measurement Partners (like Adjust, and AppsFlyer) will be essential in this role.

● English level: Fluent - Advanced
