Job description

NAOS Talents is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telesales/Customer Service Representative to join one of our international clients, a leader in the Telemedicine Field. As a Telesales/Customer Service Representative, you will promote and sell our cutting-edge service to potential customers over the phone. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address inquiries, provide service information, and resolve technical issues
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches to engage and convert leads into customers
  • Provide accurate information about our service 
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries effectively
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall departmental objectives
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the database
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention


Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in telesales or customer service roles
  • 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Medical background is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand complex products
  • Ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches and overcome objections
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Fluent English Speaker
