NAOS Solutions seeks to hire a French Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.  As a Francophone Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in our mission to find the best talents for NAOS Solutions and our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:

  • For each assignment, identify and screen qualified Francophone candidates through in-depth research on online platforms, professional social networks, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan and coordinate all stages of the selection process, including pre-selection interviews, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to evaluate candidate profiles, including their resumes and contact information.
  • Create accurate job descriptions and customized interview questions for each position to be filled.
  • Foster long-term relationships with previous candidates and potential talents to create a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Implement advanced interview techniques and evaluation methods to ensure quality hires.
  • Ensure clear and professional communication, both orally and in writing, with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Proficiency in French at a "native" or "fluent" level (C1 or C2), preferably without an accent. An interview with a native French speaker will be mandatory.
  • In addition to the French language, you will be required to speak either:
    • Native level in Arabic - both speaking and writing
    • Advanced or Fluent level in English AND native level in Arabic - both speaking and writing
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role (at least one year).
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Impeccable interviewing & questioning skills
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Having an active network of candidates is imperative.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
