Resort Director of Human Resources

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our client's team as the Resort Director of Human Resources. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing the human resources functions within the resort environment.

  • Lead the human resources team in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the overall business objectives of the resort.

  • Manage all aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

  • Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the resort's values and culture.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management

  • Demonstrated experience in developing HR strategies and policies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies

  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Experience in employee training and development programs

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
