Job description


NAOS Solutions is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our Contact Center department as a Customer Service English Account Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our English-speaking clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services


Job requirements


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
