Prime Work Location: Maadi
Shift Timing: Rotational night shift (4PM till 1AM)

Multichannel Support: Handle voice & email support to provide top-tier service.
What We Offer
Attractive Salary Package:
The first three months: 14,000 EGP GROSS (11,000 basic + 1,500 attendance + 1,500 KPI)
After 3 months: 15,000 EGP GROSS (12,000 basic + 1,500 attendance + 1,500 KPI)
After 6 months: 16,000 EGP GROSS (13,000 basic + 1,500 attendance + 1,500 KPI)
Monthly transportation allowance of 1,300 EGP GROSS (applied if your shift ends after 12am and before 6am)
Weekend Off: Fixed 2 Days off
Paid Training: 5 Days Training Paid 1k
Who We’re Looking For
Egyptian graduates and UGS\Dropouts or Gap years with a passion for customer service.
Fluent in English (spoken).
Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience.
