Join Our Team as an English Call Center Agent!

Voice account

  • Night Shifts!

  • Prime Work Location: Maadi

  • Shift Timing: Rotational night shift (4PM till 1AM)

Are you passionate about customer service and looking to be part of a prestigious organization? We are currently hiring for:

  • Multichannel Support: Handle voice & email support to provide top-tier service.

What We Offer

  • Attractive Salary Package:

    • The first three months: 14,000 EGP GROSS (11,000 basic + 1,500 attendance + 1,500 KPI)

    • After 3 months: 15,000 EGP GROSS (12,000 basic + 1,500 attendance + 1,500 KPI)

    • After 6 months: 16,000 EGP GROSS (13,000 basic + 1,500 attendance + 1,500 KPI)

  • Monthly transportation allowance of 1,300 EGP GROSS (applied if your shift ends after 12am and before 6am)

  • Weekend Off: Fixed 2 Days off

  • Paid Training: 5 Days Training Paid 1k

Who We’re Looking For

  • Egyptian graduates and UGS\Dropouts or Gap years with a passion for customer service.

  • Fluent in English (spoken).

  • Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous customer service experience.
