🔹 Position: Call Center Agent – Morning Shift

🔹 Work Location: NAOS CX Call Center – Maadi, Cairo

English level B1+ or B2 with strong communication skills.

Previous experience in tele-sales or a call center role is required.

A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Quarterly Bonus: In USD, based on performance paid in Egyptian pound

Work Schedule: You will be assigned to one of the following shifts:

7 am till 03:30

9:30 am till 6 pm

two shifts according to operations needs Egypt time. Subject to change if client requested.

Each shift is 8.5 hours, including a 30-minute break.

Days Off:

Fixed Day Off: Saturday

Rotational Day Off: Friday or Sunday
