Job description
We are seeking a Senior Talent Relations Specialist to join one of our clients. As a Senior Talent Relations Specialist, you'll be the cornerstone of our HR operations, overseeing key aspects such as HR systems, leave management, employee documentation, policy enforcement, and benefits administration. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless HR processes, legal compliance, and a positive employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
Responsibilities:
- HR System Management: Maintain the HR system to track attendance, leaves, and employee data, generating detailed reports for individuals and team leads.
- Employee Legalization & Documentation: Ensure compliance with employment contracts and documentation, handling legal processes with precision.
- Employee Data Management: Update and manage employee information, including titles, salaries, and contact details, ensuring accuracy.
- Leave & Attendance Tracking: Monitor leave and attendance records, providing comprehensive reports for individuals and teams.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead the pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, including handling contracts, NDAs, and visa procedures for new hires. Manage resignations and terminations professionally, including end-of-service calculations and exit interviews.
- Company Property & Asset Management: Oversee company property allocation, tracking, and returns, ensuring accurate data management.
- Employee Insurance & Benefits: Administer employee medical insurance, enrollments, and renewals, promoting employee well-being.
Job requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in HR personnel, with a strong background in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Knowledge: Profound understanding of Egypt labor laws.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Personal Attributes: Quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
