Senior Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. This role is critical in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong ability to source and engage with high-caliber candidates across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Sourcing Strategies: Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.

  • Candidate Identification: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.

  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

  • Candidate Engagement: Initiate and manage communication with potential candidates, creating a strong connection and promoting our employer brand.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing criteria.

  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, labor market insights, and competitor practices to optimize sourcing strategies.

  • Diversity Hiring: Implement sourcing strategies that support diverse and inclusive hiring practices.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key metrics.

  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze sourcing outcomes and identify opportunities to enhance processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role.

  • Proven ability to attract and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques.

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM platforms.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-focused approach.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

  • Passion for talent acquisition and staying updated on recruitment trends and technologies.
