Senior Recruiter Requirements

NAOS Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter with the following qualifications:

• Minimum of +3 years experience in full-cycle recruiting

• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Professional certification in HR or recruiting is a plus
