NAOS Talent is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also driving sales and revenue growth for the company.
Assist customers with inquiries and product information
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Identify sales opportunities and upsell products or services
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication
Job requirements
Proven experience in sales and customer service
Advanced English Level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Strong organizational and time management skills
