Job description

NAOS Talent is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also driving sales and revenue growth for the company.

  • Assist customers with inquiries and product information

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Identify sales opportunities and upsell products or services

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service

  • Advanced English Level

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
