Job description

Join our dynamic Customer Service department at NAOS Solutions as an RTM- Call Center representative. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing real-time operations within our call center to ensure optimal service levels and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor call queues and real-time performance metrics to make data-driven decisions

  • Adjust staffing levels and schedules to meet service level agreements

  • Collaborate with team members to address any operational challenges and ensure smooth call center operations

  • Provide timely updates and reports to management on call center performance

Work Location: Maadi, Cairo

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

  • Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems

  • Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as required

  • Strong customer service orientation and empathy towards customers

  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
