Job Summary:
As a Postpaid Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our postpaid customers—handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service across phone, email, or chat channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries related to postpaid plans, billing, and services
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Provide accurate product and service information and promote suitable upgrades
Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution
Document all interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary
Job requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience in telecom customer service is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in Arabic (fluent) and English (good command)
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
