Job Description: Medical Call Center Agent at NAOS Solutions

NAOS Solutions is seeking a dedicated Medical Call Center Agent to join our Contact Center department. As a Medical Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support for a leading pharmaceutical company

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical inquiries and appointments.

  • Provide accurate and timely information on pharmaceutical products and services

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of calls

Work Location: NAOS Contract Center in Maadi, Cairo

Gross Salary 8,307 EGP

— Basic Gross: 7,307 EGP

— KPI Bonus: 1,000 EGP

Rotational shifts (operation hours: 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM)
— 8 working hours per day
— 2 days off

Job requirements

  • Graduated from: Pharmacy, Veterinary or Science

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to empathize with patients

  • Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of healthcare processes

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
