Talent Acquisition Specialist

NAOS Talents is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with one of our clients, a leader in the MENA region's digital marketing scene.  As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities::
● Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
● Source potential candidates through online (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and offline channels (Universities, career fairs, references).
● Keep all recruitment files organized and introduce enhancements to the filing system.
● Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the region, leveraging local knowledge and networks.
● Engage with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
● Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
● Ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruitment data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR databases.
● Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.

Requirements:
● BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition.

● Fluent English Speaker

● Proven ability to conduct various types of interviews.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
