Job description

NAOS Solutions is seeking a Lead Generation Manager to join one of our clients. As the Cold Calling Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage & monitor the current team of lead generation executives.

  • Research, track, maintain, and update leads.

  • Develop and implement cold calling strategies to generate leads and schedule appointments

  • Support team in contacting prospects to qualify leads.

  • Analyze data and metrics to optimize calling scripts and improve conversion rates

  • Research and maintain a lead generation database.

  • Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or any related field

  • 5 Years of experience in Lead Generation and a minimum of 2 years in managing lead generation teams.

  • Fluency in English is a must.

  • Previous experience in cold calling is a must.

  • Previous experience in using CRM is a must.

  • Experience with research and maintaining databases.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets

  • Team player with leadership qualities

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
