Job description
NAOS Solutions is seeking a Lead Generation Manager to join one of our clients. As the Cold Calling Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Manage & monitor the current team of lead generation executives.
Research, track, maintain, and update leads.
Develop and implement cold calling strategies to generate leads and schedule appointments
Support team in contacting prospects to qualify leads.
Analyze data and metrics to optimize calling scripts and improve conversion rates
Research and maintain a lead generation database.
Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or any related field
5 Years of experience in Lead Generation and a minimum of 2 years in managing lead generation teams.
Fluency in English is a must.
Previous experience in cold calling is a must.
Previous experience in using CRM is a must.
Experience with research and maintaining databases.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
Team player with leadership qualities
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
