A leading insurance brokerage based in the UAE is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Team Leader to manage our call center team in Maadi Cairo..

• Lead and motivate a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

• Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with the Sales & Business Development department to develop sales strategies and initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an insurance brokerage company.

• Leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing an insurance sales team.

• Strong understanding of insurance products and industry trends.

• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

• Ability to motivate and mentor team members.
