We are looking for enthusiastic Fresh Graduates to join our team, no prior experience is required! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our English-speaking clients. Candidates located near 6th of October are highly preferred.


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, and general inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Job requirements


  • Excellent proficiency in the English language
  • Excellent proficiency in the Arabic language
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
