Job description
NAOS CX seeks a dedicated French Email and Chat Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be handling customer inquiries and issues through all support channels. You will deliver excellent support to our French-speaking customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in French.
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive information by utilizing appropriate tools and methods.
- Address customer complaints and provide suitable solutions and alternatives within set timeframes.
- Follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and file relevant documents.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members as needed.
- Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing customer needs.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
- Basic understanding of English.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using email, chat platforms, and other computer applications.
