Voice and Email Customer Service Representatives
We are seeking proactive, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Voice and Email Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will engage with customers across multiple channels, ensuring each interaction is handled with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Voice Support: Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
Email Support: Respond to customer emails promptly, accurately, and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
Work Location:
NAOS CX, 21 Misr Helwan Agriculture Rd, Maadi, Cairo
Compensation:
First 3 Months: 14,000 EGP GROSS (11,000 basic + 1,500 attendance + 1,500 KPI)
After 3 Months: 15,000 EGP GROSS (12,000 basic + 1,500 attendance + 1,500 KPI)
After 6 Months: 16,000 EGP GROSS (13,000 basic + 1,500 attendance + 1,500 KPI)

Working Hours: Night Shifts
Transportation Allowance: 1300 EGP

Shift: Fixed from 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM
2 Fixed Days off per week
