Job description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team in promoting and selling cosmeceutical products through our Medical Representative teams. As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to enhance relationships with dermatologists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Oversee Promotion and Sales: Lead the promotion and sales efforts of our cosmeceutical products through our dedicated Medical Representative teams.
Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand our reach and strengthen partnerships with key healthcare professionals.
Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends, analyze competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide Training and Support: Offer guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet sales targets while adhering to company policies and industry standards.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical industry.
Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, including dermatology and pharmacy.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to travel frequently within the district.
