Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team in promoting and selling cosmeceutical products through our Medical Representative teams. As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to enhance relationships with dermatologists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Oversee Promotion and Sales: Lead the promotion and sales efforts of our cosmeceutical products through our dedicated Medical Representative teams.

  • Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand our reach and strengthen partnerships with key healthcare professionals.

  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends, analyze competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Provide Training and Support: Offer guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet sales targets while adhering to company policies and industry standards.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical industry.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, including dermatology and pharmacy.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to travel frequently within the district.
