Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Team Leader to join our dynamic team at NAOS Solutions in the Customer Service department. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional service to our clients.

  • Lead and support a team of customer service representatives

  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback

  • Ensure team meets and exceeds customer service goals

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience

Work Location: Maadi, Cairo

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year as a team leader.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with at least 1 year of team management experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team targets

  • Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as required

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve performance goals
