Job description

NAOS Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Customer Service department. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead and motivate a team of customer service team leaders and representatives to provide exceptional service to our clients.

  • Lead and support a team of customer service team leaders and representatives.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.

  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance team skills.

Work Location: Maadi, Cairo

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a customer service supervisory role.

  • Experience in offshore call centers handling voice, email, and chat support.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in supervising a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations

  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
