Customer Service Manager
As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating the customer service team to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating the customer service team to provide exceptional service to customers.
Improving customer experience and creating engaged customers.
Taking ownership of customers' issues and following problems through to resolution.
Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused on that mission.
Developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
Keeping accurate records and documenting customer service actions and discussions.
Training the customer service team on Customer Services techniques and company policies.
Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintaining a deep understanding of company services to provide accurate information to customers.
Coordinating with other departments to resolve issues impacting customer service.

Offer Requirements
Graduates Only: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
5 Years + proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager or in any managerial role in Customer service.
Fluency in English is a must.
Strong communication skills.
Advanced problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
