Job description

NAOS Solutions is seeking a dedicated Call Center Trainer to join our Customer Service department. As a Call Center Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customer service representatives are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional service to our clients.

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing call center employees

  • Conduct training sessions on customer service best practices, communication techniques, and product knowledge

  • Assess training needs and create customized training materials to address those needs

  • Provide feedback and coaching to call center agents to help them improve their performance

  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements

Work Location: Maadi, Cairo

Job requirements

  • Proven experience as a call center trainer or similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong understanding of customer service practices and principles

  • Ability to create engaging training materials

  • Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops

  • Knowledge of learning management systems

  • Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate programs

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles

  • Certification in training or related field is a plus
