Job description

We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to join one of our clients lead the strategic growth brands . As the Brand Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing brand plans to drive market share and increase brand awareness.

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Brand Plans: Lead the development and implementation of strategic brand plans to drive growth and market share for Aqua Brand.

  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities that will inform brand strategy.

  • Oversee Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle from inception to launch, ensuring successful marketing campaigns and effective budget management.

  • Collaborate and Monitor Performance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and monitor brand performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods sector.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and executing integrated campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and consumer behavior analysis.

  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
