Job description

NAOS CX seeks motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their team as bilingual German/English customer service representatives. You will provide exceptional customer support to our German-speaking clients in this role. You will work with products recommended by Professional athletes and health experts, including high-quality vitamins, minerals, and whole-food-sourced nutrients from a world-renowned brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on time.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
  • Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database.
  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries, from product questions to order status to subscriptions.
  • Communicate with customers via their preferred channels, including email, phone, and live chat.

Job requirements

  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • 2-4 years of experience working in a customer-focused role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred

We are providing one of the highest salaries in Egypt: 28,900 EGP Gross

    -- Base salary is 22,000
    -- KPI's bonus is 2,000
    -- Attendance bonus is 2,000
    -- Client performance bonus is up to 2,900 EGP => Based on attendance and quality of calls, chats, and emails
    + Welcome bonus of 4,000 EGP after completing one month of login.
    + Full paid training period
