Job description
NAOS CX seeks motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Bilingual German/English customer service representatives. You will provide exceptional customer support to our German-speaking clients in this role. You will work with products recommended by Professional athletes and health experts, including high-quality vitamins, minerals, and whole-food-sourced nutrients from a world-renowned brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on time.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and general inquiries.
- Communicate with customers via their preferred channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- 2-4 years of experience working in a customer-focused role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
