We are currently looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

• Work Location: KM 28, Cairo-Alex Desert Road, Giza, Egypt

• Shifts Available:

  • For Males (Rotational Night Shifts):

    • 05:00 PM to 01:00 AM

    • 01:00 AM to 09:00 AM

  • For Females (Morning Shift): 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM

• Salary Packages:

  • Morning Shift (Females):

    • 8,600 EGP base gross

    • 1,000 EGP KPI

    • 3,312 EGP morning shift transportation allowance

    • Total: 12,912 EGP Gross = 10,462 EGP Net

  • Night Shift (Males):

    • 8,600 EGP base gross

    • 1,000 EGP KPI

    • 5,520 EGP night shift transportation allowance

    • Total: 15,120 EGP Gross = 12,227 EGP Net

• Benefits: Social Insurance, Medical Insurance

• Required Profile:

  • Experience in any bilingual call center (handling both English & Arabic calls)

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Education: Graduates only

  • Language: Excellent English speakers (B1 or B1+ level)

• Start Date: ASAP
