Join Our Team as a Banking Call Center Agent! Voice, Email, and Chat


Prime Work Location: Heart of Maadi, Cairo

Morning Shifts and Night Shifts

Shift Timing: Fixed Hours

  • From 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Limited seats are available)

  • From 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (A lot of seats are available)

  • From 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM (A lot of seats are available)

    Weekend Off: Saturdays and Sundays

What We Offer:

  • Attractive Salary Package:

    • Gross Base Salary: 14,000 EGP

    • KPI Bonus: 2,000 EGP

    • Attendance Bonus: 2,000 EGP

      Total Gross Salary: 18,000 EGP/month

Job requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
