Job description


NAOS Solutions is seeking a dedicated Collection Agent to join our team. As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect overdue payments and resolve outstanding issues. 


  • Reach out to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to secure payments
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
  • Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures

Job requirements


  • Prior experience in collections is a MUST
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of collection laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in using collection software and tools
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Team player with a positive attitude
