Job description
NAOS Solutions is seeking a dedicated Collection Agent to join our team. As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect overdue payments and resolve outstanding issues.
- Reach out to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to secure payments
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
- Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures
Job requirements
- Prior experience in collections is a MUST
- Prior experience in customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of collection laws and regulations
- Proficiency in using collection software and tools
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude
