Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring.

  • Source potential candidates through online (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and offline channels (Universities, career fairs, references).

  • Keep all recruitment files organized and introduce enhancements to the filing system.

  • Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the region, leveraging local knowledge and networks.

  • Engage with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

  • Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruitment data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR databases.

  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.

Job requirements

  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition

  • Proven ability to conduct various types of interviews

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
