We’re expanding rapidly and seeking a Senior Recruiter to help us attract top talent and shape the future of our organization.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Partner with NAOS managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.

  • Source top talent through:

    • Job boards

    • Social media platforms

    • Professional networks

    • Employee referrals

  • Review CVs and conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Collect and document candidate feedback from interview panels in the system.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication and providing timely feedback.

  • Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices to refine recruitment strategies.

  • Train hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or specialized role.

  • Proven track record in sourcing high volumes of quality candidates using innovative techniques.

  • Experience in lateral hiring within fast-paced environments.

  • Strong skills in interviewing, negotiation, and closing.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

  • Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance in recruitment practices.
