We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales initiatives.


Responsibilities: 
- Craft and execute innovative sales strategies that align with our business objectives and market trends.

- Establish realistic yet challenging sales targets to drive company growth.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure steady revenue growth.

- Conduct regular meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a high conversion rate.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.

- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Job requirements


Requirements:
- Proficiency in any sales system. (HubSpot experience would be a plus)

- 5+ years of experience, ideally in eCommerce.

- Extensive experience in selling software, ecom services, and products.
-  Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to success.

- Solid background in e-commerce, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

-Fluent English speaker.
