Job Description: Medical Customer Service Agent (Morning Shift)

NAOS Solutions is seeking a dedicated Medical Customer Service Agent for a pharmaceutical Company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.

  • Handle incoming calls from customers regarding medical product information.


Job requirements

  • Educational Background: Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Experience in treating diabetes and weight loss products 

Shifts: Morning Shif but Rotational
— First shift starts at 08:00 AM
— Last Shift ends at 07:00 AM

The shifts is 8 working hours including 30 minutes break. 

2 days off per week
Fridays and Saturdays OR Saturdays and Sundays

Salary is 14,000 EGP Gross
— Base salary 13,500 EGP
-- KPI bonus 500 EGP
+ Social and Medical insurance.


Work Location: Maadi, Cairo
