Job description
As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in conducting outbound calls to potential clients for insurance brokerage services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with individuals to assess their insurance needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for insurance brokerage services.
- Provide detailed information about insurance products and services.
- Listen to clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options to clients.
- Handle inquiries, and objections, and provide excellent customer service through different channels Chats, and Calls.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the system.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our telesales campaign.
Job requirements
Requirements :
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in written English.
- Previous experience in a call center or telesales role is a plus.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of insurance policies and regulations is a PLUS
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
