Job offer: French-speaking medical customer service at NAOS Solutions

NAOS Solutions is seeking a French speaking customer service professional to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in French and English with a B2 level of proficiency. Experience in the medical field as a veterinarian or pharmacist is required.

  • Profile sought: Moroccan, Algerian, Tunisian

  • Salary: 23K gross (22K base + 1K KPIS)

  • Hours: Morning shift from 9am, 10am to 7pm

  • 2 days off: Saturdays and Sundays

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and Very good in English languages.

  • Experience in customer service, preferably

  • bachelor degree of pharmacy, science (biology) and veterinary medicine

  • Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
