Job offer: French-speaking medical customer service at NAOS Solutions
NAOS Solutions is seeking a French speaking customer service professional to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in French and English with a B2 level of proficiency. Experience in the medical field as a veterinarian or pharmacist is required.
Profile sought: Moroccan, Algerian, Tunisian
Salary: 23K gross (22K base + 1K KPIS)
Hours: Morning shift from 9am, 10am to 7pm
2 days off: Saturdays and Sundays

Job Requirements:
Fluency in French and Very good in English languages.
Experience in customer service, preferably
bachelor degree of pharmacy, science (biology) and veterinary medicine
Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers.
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
