Customer Service Manager

As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating the customer service team to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating the customer service team to provide exceptional service to customers.

  • Improving customer experience and creating engaged customers.

  • Taking ownership of customers' issues and following problems through to resolution.

  • Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused on that mission.

  • Developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Keeping accurate records and documenting customer service actions and discussions.

  • Training the customer service team on Customer Services techniques and company policies.

  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintaining a deep understanding of company services to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Coordinating with other departments to resolve issues impacting customer service.

Job requirements

Offer Requirements

  • Graduates Only: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.

  • 5 Years + proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager or in any managerial role in Customer service.

  • Fluency in English is a must.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Advanced problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
