📍 Department: Online Brokerage Platform
💼 Role: Managers' Virtual Assistant (Voice, Email & Chat)
🕐 Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Cairo)
📌 Location: On-site at NAOS, Maadi
💰 Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary: 15,000 EGP gross
KPI Bonus: 4,000 EGP gross
Note: No transportation allowance because it is a day shift📌 Job Highlights:
Serve global clients (North America, Europe, Asia)
Assist CEO via phone, email and chat: An opportunity to deal with senior managers and learn from the best
Provide system support and virtual assistance
Emphasis on empathy, professionalism, and first-contact resolution🧑💼 Requirements:
Egyptians: graduates, undergrads, dropouts, gap year students
Fluent English (spoken & written) - A test will be conducted
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good command of Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables)
Being capable of multitasking
Previous customer service experience is required
