Job description

NAOS Talents is seeking a dynamic Travel Telemarketing Officer to work with one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls to potential clients in the travel industry.

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate interest in travel services
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the department's success

Job requirements


  • Proven experience in telemarketing and lead generation
  • Fluent English Speaker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with travel industry trends and destinations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead-tracking systems
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
