NAOS Talents is looking to hire an Outdoor Sales to work with a software development company that provides smart digital solutions for many sectors, focusing on the healthcare sector.  

We are looking for a professional who can convert pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers and ensures a great customer experience.

Job requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in selling or managing client relationships.
  • Can identify leads and demo a software product.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including frequent use of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to organize and prioritize client visits, along with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with tracking client lifecycle in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems e.g Hubspot is a plus
  • Dealing with healthcare applications is a plus

Benefits and Salary:

  • Mostly working hours 10 AM : 03 PM and 07 PM : 11 PM
  • Salary will range from 5K - 6K NET +Transportation +Commission.

Job Description / Working hours:
1- Drug formulary/Information (to be covered at the morning from 10 AM to 3 PM)
You will target mainly medium to large companies (You will start with the petrol sector) and medium to large hospitals.
2- Clinics management system
You will target the normal individual clinics (to be covered at the evening from 7 PM to 11 PM)
