We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will collaborate with internal departments to create and publish engaging content on various social platforms. You will also be responsible for monitoring social conversations and moderating content in line with the brand's guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Plan and execute a content calendar.
• Create compelling content, including text, images, and video, tailored for specific social media platforms.
• Work closely with the design team to produce high-quality visual materials.

Content Moderation

• Monitor comments, replies, and mentions across social platforms to foster a positive community experience.
• Address inquiries, and complaints, and provide customer service as needed.
• Enforce community guidelines and take appropriate action on content and users that violate them.

Platform Management

• Schedule, publish, and manage posts across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.
• Conduct A/B testing to understand the effectiveness of various types of content.

Analytics and Reporting

• Monitor key performance indicators, including engagement rate, follower growth, and ROI.
• Create and present regular performance reports for stakeholders.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and customer service to optimize overall strategy.
• Liaise with external agencies or partners when applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing social media platforms.
• Proficient with social media management tools like Facebook Ads, Adobe Photoshop/Express, Canva, etc.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
