NAOS Talents is looking to hire a Senior Sales Expert to work with one of the world’s leading international cigarette brands. We are looking for a professional who can convert pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers and ensures a great customer experience.
Responsibilities:

- Welcomes all consumers as they enter the store, and stays available all the time;
- Gather insights and consumer feedback;
- Understands consumer experience, needs & pain points.
- Uses sales strategies for consumer support, and assists them end-to-end in store
- Guides consumers through all relevant store experiences and educated them about the Products.
- Manages the after-sales service and support;
- Stocks the shelves and ensures an adequate state for the store;
- Ensure delivery of KPIs (eg; Device Sales, Flavor Advisor, Accessories)
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate
- Presentable
- Advanced English Level
- Sales Experience is a MUST
- Consumer Relations Oriented
- Active Listening, Good Communication Skills, knows to handle Consumers
Shifts:
Rotational Shift 6-8 Hours/shift
Working Days:
6 working days (Day off to be agreed with the manager)
