Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by maintaining discipline in the office, managing the office boy and the flow of runners, handling employee attendance and vacations, managing employee files, overseeing office supplies, and handling general administrative tasks.
• Ensure discipline in the office by enforcing rules and regulations.
• Manage the office boy and the flow of runners to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Handle employee attendance and vacation requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain employee files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Oversee office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure an adequate stock.
• Handle general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Proven experience as an Office Administration Officer or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.
- Gross Salary 6,000 EGP
- Medical after 1 Year in the company
- Social insurance after the probation period
- 21 Paid Vacation Days (After 6 months)
- Working hours from 9 am to 5 pm
