NAOS Solutions, a leading provider of innovative HR solutions, is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources department. As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent from around the world to support our global expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Attract qualified candidates
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various positions
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work a night shift from 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM Cairo Time (We provide transportation allowance)
