French Telesales Agent

NAOS Solutions, a leading provider of innovative contact center solutions, is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Contact Center department as a French Telesales Agent.

As a French Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers over the phone. Your main objective will be to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
• Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

Work Location:
21st, Masr Helwan Agricultural Road, Maadi, Cairo.

Shifts and Days off:
7.5 Working hours + 1.5 breaks (Total 9 hours per day)
2 days off per week.

Fixed Morning Shift: 

From 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM FRANCE: Usual business hours

Requirements:

• Fluency in French.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in telesales or a similar role
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Salary package:

It will be based on language skills and experience
