French Sales Agent - Call Center

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills in French, as well as strong interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Making outbound calls to potential donors and soliciting donations on behalf of our clients
• Maintaining accurate records of all calls and donations received
• Providing excellent customer service to all donors
• Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly donation targets

REQUIREMENT:

• Experience in sales.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Previous Experience in Outbound Sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Native (Level C2) or fluent (Level C1) French
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
